1968 E. Keeler DS - 10- 8  Watertube Boiler. DS 40 40,000 Lbs/Hr of Steam with a design pressure at 200 PSIG. This is boiler is reported in good condition The burner is a Peabody flexipak multifuel burner that uses either oil or natural gas. Set up with 3 fuel trains - natural gas, and #2-#4 Oil and heated #6 oil with steam.  Fuel requirements at maximum firing rate are: Natural Gas 51,450chf @ 10-11 PSIG Oil - 2700 lbs/hr @170 -200 degrees F depending on viscosity @120 PSIG. It comes with Peabody gas ring, Fisher 3" type 1098 EGR 6353 gas presure regulating valve, Maxon gas valved, three valve block/bleed/safety set, Maxon syncro gas firing rate control valve and a Peabody FPM electric gas igniter.  Gas burner is a type VP - ID 20 - 160 jets two rows - drill size #18 gas lead 4 Controls are fireye flame safeguard and programming control model 25RU8-6570. GE voltage stabilizer, Panalarm annunciator panel for failure alerts. Rimcor master regulator controls firing rate based on boiler pressure. Also, a Magnetrol W254-X water column with full set of safety and control switches. Magnetorl modulevel water level control with WKM feed water control valve, two consolidated safety valves, Copes-Vulcan rotary soot blower, Yaraway blowoff valve, continuous blowdown line, chemical feed inlet, non-return and steam gate 8 valves (Jenkins). located in Northern PA Removed and ready for shipping.
